I might consider the House Mayo to be our mother sauce. It's based on a traditional Spanish aioli, with a twist! It's beautiful cream yellow color comes from turmeric and is slightly tart with essence of garlic and thyme. Used for Fries, Sandwiches and Burgettes.
Scratch Ketchup

of honey and is complimented by the anise like quality of tarragon.
Russian Dressing (AKA Fry Sauce))
This is one of our more versatile sauces. Not only is it a mean salad dressing, but also a wicked fry sauce. Similar to a 1000 island, but a bit more savory with subtle spice notes and less pickles.
The Buns
Fresh baked Brioche buns for Burgettes are the best. Soft, yeasty and rich, these half sized buns are served with The Chickadee Sliders as well. Baked daily
